Décor for Multiple Wedding Functions
Planning Mehndi, Maiyan, Jaggo and Shagun? How to give every function its own look with one décor team, plus typical costs for two or three setups.

Mehndi on Friday, Maiyan on Saturday, Jaggo that night and the Shagun the next morning... sound familiar? ♡ South Asian weddings are a whole season of celebrations, and coordinating a different decorator for each one can get stressful fast. Here's how to make every function look beautiful (and different) without the headache.
Give each function its own personality
Mehndi: bold colours, floor seating and lots of florals.
Haldi or Maiyan: sunny yellows with a cozy seat for the bride.
Jaggo: bright, festive and full of energy.
Shagun or Gurdwara backdrop: softer, elegant and family-focused.
The trick is to keep one or two details running through every setup, like a colour, flower or fabric, so the whole wedding feels connected in your photos.
Why one décor team makes life easier
One person who already knows your style, colours and family.
One timeline for setups and takedowns across every function.
Looks that are different but designed to work together.
One clear quote for everything, with no juggling.
What does décor for several functions cost?
Our standard setups usually range from $350 to $550 each, so two functions typically land around $700–$1,100 and three around $1,050–$1,650. Wooden backdrops and fully custom designs are quoted separately. Try the celebration builder on our Services page to see a quick estimate, or browse all packages.
Book early
For weddings and multi-day celebrations, we recommend reaching out 1–3 months ahead, especially in peak season. You can book one function now and add more later. Questions? Our FAQ has you covered.
