What is required to secure my booking?
Can I customize a package?
Just a signed contract and a deposit! Once both are in, your date is officially yours and the fun planning part begins.
Absolutely! Every package is fully customizable. Start with a base package and we'll add whatever you need to match your vision, style and budget.
Do you provide setup and takedown?
Yes! Setup and takedown are included, free of charge.
How far in advance should I book?
For smaller events, 2–4 weeks ahead is great. For weddings and larger events, aim for 1–3 months. Dates go fast, especially in peak season!
Do you travel for events?
We sure do! Delivery and travel fees may apply depending on the location and size of your event.
What happens if I need to make changes?
Plans change, and that's okay! Small tweaks are usually no problem depending on timing. Bigger changes may affect pricing and availability.
Do you offer planning services or just decor?
Both! We offer decor services as well as planning and coordination packages, so you can pick what fits you best.
What is included in your pricing?
Our pricing covers design, setup, takedown and styling for your package. Final pricing depends on add-ons, customization and event size.
What if my event runs late?
No stress! Late-night pickup or extra service hours can be arranged ahead of time or added on.
Do you provide rentals?
Yes! We have a range of decor rentals and styling pieces, and we can source custom items for your design too.

How much is the setup in your photos?
Our standard setups usually range from $350 to $550, and wooden backdrop setups start at $650. Send us the photo with your date and location and we'll give you a clear quote.
Can you change the colours or flowers?
Yes! Book it as pictured or swap the colours, flowers and seating. Every change is quoted upfront, so there are no surprises.
Do you decorate at home, in a backyard or tent?
All of the above! We style homes, backyards, tents and venues across Vancouver, Surrey and the Lower Mainland.
Can I book decor for several functions?
Absolutely. Mehndi, Maiyan, Haldi, Jaggo, Shagun and more. We'll design coordinated looks so you work with one decor team for every function.
